Social networks are the best thing going for recruiting these days. I believe you are a member at Big Daddy Friends. That forum seems to be pretty responsive if you touch base with the right people. Celes has also written an excellent e-book that all of our members get access to when signing up to the Members Lodge in the free category. I contacted Celes last night as she had not yet posted the download link. I think this will be done today.
In addition to that I also like to advertise in safelists, if everyone in the group uses the same safelists to advertise on our ads will be viewed more times by the members of that safelist. How many times have you seen the same ad over and over again and thought......... That one must be working because a lot of people are advertising it......at least that is the way my mind processes things of that nature. I have recruited my highest numbers from Adsolutionline, from all of the ones there. Make sure you create 2 Gmail accounts for safelist advertising. One for your list e-mail and 1 for your contact e-mail, this will keep you from having your accounts removed from bounced back e-mails. If you have not yet done so, I also recommend the link on that page for Safelist Pro, although this is a new safelist they allow free upgrades for members that are referring new members to their safelist. I already have the pro upgrade from advertising my referral url in other safelists.
We are in the process of putting together some splash pages for use in the Traffic Exchanges and some other tools and resources that our members can use if they have their own website or social networks that allow that type of advertising posted. Check with each individual operating the programs before posting so you don't make the mistake of doing something you are not allowed to do.
E-mail advertising is another effective way to advertise, I have a site that will give you weekly free leads, I have been using this site for 2 weeks now and they have given me an average of 1200 free leads from their database each week.

They also give more leads if you refer others to them, instead of giving you 1000+ leads a week, if you refer 5 new members in for free leads they give you 5000+ leads a week. There are several levels of upgrades for free on this site also. Or if you don't want to recruit new members all of these sites I have mentioned have paid upgrade options.
